Appendix F — Plan feature reference

What each plan feature unlocks, everywhere it shows. A page whose feature your plan lacks stays in the menu with a lock and explains which plans include it (Chapter 93). Everything not listed here is on every plan.

Yearly billing costs ten months' price. A new workspace's 14-day trial is Growth. Lifetime-licence and provider-managed workspaces have the features of their own arrangement.

Payroll​

  • Admin: Payroll (runs, salary components and structures, assignments, bonuses and adjustments, slips, payment files), Loans, Cheques, Tax (where income tax is withheld), and Payroll, Tax and Loan Reports. Chapters 50–65.
  • Portal: My Salary, My Loans, Tax Certificates (where income tax is withheld). Chapter 86.
  • API: payroll:read; salary, payroll run, slip and loan resources.
  • Webhooks: payroll.run.approved, payroll.run.locked, salary_slip.published.

Biometric devices​

  • Admin: Attendance › Biometric Devices and Biometric Punches. Chapter 40.

Recruitment​

  • Admin: Recruitment (openings, careers site, pipeline, interviews, offers). Chapters 25–30.
  • Portal: My Interviews. Chapter 88.
  • API: recruitment:read, recruitment:write; openings, candidates, applications.

Performance​

  • Admin: Performance (tasks, daily and sales reports, scoreboard, settings), Appraisals, Appraisal Reports, and the GitHub, WHMCS and identity integrations. Chapters 67–75, 94.
  • Portal: My Tasks, Daily Report, Sales Report, My Performance, My Appraisals, Reviews. Chapter 87.

GPS attendance and field visits​

  • Admin: Attendance › Geo Locations and Geo Punch Attempts, Field Visits. Chapters 41–42.
  • Portal: Location clock-in on My Attendance, Field Visits. Chapter 85.
  • API: attendance sites.

Custom domain​

  • Admin: Settings › Workspace, Custom domain. Chapter 13.

Backups​

  • Admin: Company › Data & Privacy, Backups (nightly snapshots, download, restore). The company export and employee data requests are on every plan. Chapter 92.

Multi-company​

  • Account: Create a workspace in the user menu, and signing up again with an existing email and its password. A login's first workspace is always allowed. A login that already runs a workspace (holds Super Admin in it) may open another only when a workspace it runs has this feature, is neither suspended nor read-only, and the login's membership there is active; otherwise the page explains the rule and, from a workspace it runs, links to Billing. Platform operators are exempt, and so is a sign-up that redeems an unused AppSumo code, which pays for its own workspace (the per-account limit still applies). Chapter 4.
  • Never limited: invitations into another company, as an employee or a user, and the company switcher. Chapter 15.

On every plan​

Employee records and documents, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, attendance (manual, upload, shifts, requests), leave, holidays, expenses, assets, HR letters and document verification, announcements, email templates, SMS, the employee portal, Employee, Attendance and Leave Reports, logs, the public API and webhooks (within the plan's limits).
