Open the guideWhat a workspace can do
Every company on Operentra gets its own isolated workspace covering the full employee lifecycle. Each capability below is documented task-by-task in the Admin guide.
People & organization
Employee records, departments and designations, employment contracts, and HR letters with QR verification.
Time & attendance
Shifts, biometric terminals and GPS punch, field visits, leave policies with approvals, and holiday calendars.
Payroll & money
Salary structures, monthly runs, tax and provident fund, loans, expense claims, and bank payment files.
Talent & lifecycle
Recruitment with a public careers site, onboarding checklists, performance tracking, and final settlement.
Reports & access
Categorized reports with CSV export, granular roles and permissions, and audit trails throughout.
Communication
Announcements, notification emails in each recipient's own language, and full employee self-service.
Built for more than one country
A workspace picks its country at signup, and a country pack sets its currency, locale, fiscal year, and statutory payroll rules — with a generic pack for countries without a dedicated dataset. Currency, timezone, and date format remain per-workspace settings.
New here as an employee?
Your company emails you a personal sign-in link when your account is created. Getting started walks you through your first sign-in, and the portal tour shows you around after that.
