Getting started

Your employer runs its HR on Operentra, and you get a personal sign-in to see your own attendance, leave, salary slips, documents and more. Here is what your first day with the portal looks like.

Your invitation

You do not register yourself — your company creates your account and the platform emails you an invitation link. Open it, confirm your name, and set your password. That one login is yours as a person: if you ever work for more than one company on Operentra, the same email and password cover every workspace you belong to.

If the link has expired, ask your HR team to send a fresh invitation.

Signing in

Sign in at your company's workspace address with your email and password.

  • If your workspace requires two-factor authentication, you'll be walked through setting it up at your first sign-in: scan a QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, …), enter the 6-digit code, and save your recovery codes — they are shown exactly once.
  • You can also enable 2FA voluntarily at any time — see Profile & security.

After signing in you land on the employee portal at /portal — your personal home in the workspace. Start with the portal tour.

"No employee profile linked"

If the portal greets you with No employee profile linked, your login exists but has not been attached to your employee record yet. Ask a workspace admin to link them — nothing is wrong with your account.

Choose your language

The globe icon in the top bar switches the interface language — Arabic flips the whole layout right-to-left. The choice is remembered per device.

Emails are a separate, account-level choice: set your email language on My Profile in the portal, and HR emails and notifications arrive in that language. See the portal tour for details.

Complete your profile

Many companies let you provide your own personal details rather than typing them in for you. Open your avatar menu → My Account, fill in your profile (identity numbers, contacts, addresses, bank account), and use Share with your employers to submit it to HR for review. The Profile & security page explains exactly how that works.
