Loans
My Loans (/portal/loans) lists every company loan you have — with the
monthly installment, paid-vs-total progress, an expandable installment
schedule, a repayment progress bar, and the outstanding balance. Repayments are
collected automatically as deductions in monthly payroll, so there is nothing
to pay manually.
Requesting a loan
If your account is allowed to apply, an Apply for Loan button appears (if loans aren't available for your account, a short notice says so — ask HR). Fill in:
- Loan Type — one of the active types, which shows its maximum amount.
- Amount — how much you want to borrow.
- Installments — how many months to spread repayment over.
- Start Month / Start Year — the first month a deduction should be taken.
- Purpose — optional free text.
The form shows an estimated monthly installment as you type. When you submit, the request is checked against the loan type's rules and refused with a clear message if the amount is above the type's maximum, the installments exceed its limit, you already have as many running loans of that type as allowed, or the start month is in the past (deductions can only begin from the current month onward).
A successful request gets a reference number like LN-2026-00001 and waits for
an admin's decision.
Loan statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Requested, waiting for an admin to approve or reject. |
| Active | Approved; installments are being collected through payroll. |
| Completed | Every installment has been paid. |
| Rejected | The request was declined. |
Each month's installment shows up as a deduction on that month's salary slip, and the schedule on My Loans marks which installments are already paid.
