Partner portal
If you refer businesses to Operentra, this is your side of the programme. Sign in at /affiliate/login.
Your partner account is separate from any Operentra workspace you might run. If you have both, you can be signed into both at once and neither will sign you out of the other.
Your referral link
My links gives you a link ending in ?ref= and your code. Share it anywhere — a newsletter, a slide, a chat message.
The code follows a visitor through the whole site, so it still counts if somebody lands on your link, reads three pages, and signs up from a different one. It also survives with cookies blocked.
Last click wins. If someone arrives through another partner's link after yours, the other partner is credited.
Ad blockers and privacy settings hide some clicks, so the number under-reports. Your conversions and commission are exact — they never depend on the click being counted.
When you earn
You earn a share of what a referred workspace actually pays, minus tax. Not what was invoiced, and not the portion that goes to a government as VAT or sales tax.
A commission goes through three stages:
- Maturing — earned, but inside the refund window. Usually 30 days.
- Available — cleared, and waiting for the next payout run.
- Paid — transferred to you.
Your dashboard shows all three separately, so a large "maturing" figure is not a surprise later.
Why a referral might not earn
Your commission list shows every referral outcome, including the ones that earned nothing, with the reason. The usual ones:
- The invoice was $0 — normally a trial starting. Nothing was collected, so nothing is owed.
- The amount was below the programme minimum.
- The invoice type is one the programme does not pay on.
- The referral was disqualified — most often a self-referral.
If a reason looks wrong, quote the row and ask. The figures behind it — the amount it was calculated from and the rate applied — are shown so you can check the arithmetic rather than take it on trust.
Refunds
If a referred customer is refunded, the matching commission is clawed back. A partial refund claws back proportionally.
If that happens after you have already been paid, the amount owed is carried and deducted from your next payout. Your dashboard states the carried amount plainly — a payout is never negative, and you are never invoiced for it.
Payouts
Payouts are made manually on a regular cycle, once your available balance reaches the programme minimum (shown on your dashboard).
Each payout line shows what you earned, any adjustment, and what was actually transferred — along with the bank reference, so you can match it against your own statement.
A payout can be held for a few reasons, all visible to you:
- Your balance is below the minimum — it carries forward.
- A tax form is required above a certain amount.
- Payouts are paused on your account, with the reason shown.
Keep your payout details current under Profile. They are stored encrypted, and only the last few characters are ever displayed back — including to us. If you change bank accounts, retype the details in full; leaving the field blank keeps what is already on file.
What you can see about the accounts you refer
You see the company name (unless that customer has asked not to be named), their country, when they signed up, which plan they are on, and what the account has earned you.
You do not see anything from inside their workspace — no staff numbers, no contact details, no pricing, nothing about how they use the product. That is their business, and the programme is designed so it stays that way.
Referring yourself
Signing up your own business through your own link does not earn commission, and the attempt is recorded. If you genuinely have a second business that should be a customer, tell us and we will sort it out properly.
