Expert UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an Expert UI/UX Designer who can create modern, intuitive, visually refined, and conversion-focused digital experiences for web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, websites, and mobile-responsive products.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI design, UX research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, responsive interfaces, usability, accessibility, and product thinking. You should be able to understand complex business requirements and transform them into simple, elegant, and user-friendly experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and business teams to improve existing interfaces, design new product experiences, and ensure visual consistency across all digital products.

We are looking for someone who does more than make screens look attractive. You should understand user behavior, usability, interaction design, accessibility, conversion optimization, and modern SaaS product design standards.

• Design high-quality user interfaces for SaaS platforms, dashboards, websites, web applications, and responsive digital products.
• Convert business requirements into user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create modern, clean, intuitive, and conversion-focused UI designs.
• Design complete product experiences from initial concepts to developer-ready screens.
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, usability reviews, and user behavior analysis.
• Identify usability issues and recommend practical design improvements.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, typography, spacing, and reusable UI patterns.
• Ensure design consistency across products, modules, pages, and devices.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers for accurate implementation.
• Review implemented interfaces and provide UI/UX quality feedback.
• Prepare detailed design specifications, component states, interactions, and developer handoff documentation.
• Improve onboarding flows, forms, dashboards, navigation, settings, account management, and other product journeys.
• Design simple and intuitive experiences for complex SaaS and enterprise workflows.
• Apply accessibility and WCAG best practices across interfaces.
• Design empty states, loading states, validation states, error states, notifications, and micro-interactions.
• Improve product experiences using analytics, customer feedback, usability findings, and conversion data.
• Collaborate with product, development, marketing, sales, and management teams.
• Maintain organized Figma files with components, variants, styles, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, SaaS design patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.
• Use AI-assisted design tools where appropriate to improve research, ideation, prototyping, and productivity.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world SaaS, dashboard, web application, enterprise, or complex product design work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, hierarchy, layouts, color theory, and iconography.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and design systems.
• Strong experience designing responsive websites and web applications.
• Experience designing dashboards, tables, filters, forms, navigation systems, settings, and administration interfaces.
• Strong understanding of reusable components, variants, grids, design tokens, and scalable design systems.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Good understanding of accessibility and WCAG-related UI/UX practices.
• Experience collaborating closely with frontend developers and product teams.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive behavior, and frontend limitations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with usability testing, analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, or user feedback tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with FigJam, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Framer, ProtoPie, Maze, Hotjar, or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS product metrics, onboarding, conversion funnels, retention, and product adoption is highly valuable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across large products.
• Strong problem-solving, product-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain design decisions based on user needs, usability principles, and business objectives.
• Self-motivated, creative, organized, accountable, and capable of working independently.
• Experience working with SaaS, software, technology, or international digital products is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification, in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
